I’ve been using it for the last month and productivity has gone from 60% to 120%. Plan the content you’ll post on a certain date so as to avoid writing that content on that day.

Start a simple routine
As much as routines tend to get boring, the do bring order and structure in life. If you want to start working out at your local gym, make sure you create a routine around it. Case and point; I had mastered an easy routine of working out 5-6 days a week for about 5 months or so. Once I went for the Christmas holidays that routine went up in flames.
