Your download links are immediately sent to your email after purchase. Your invoice will contain the download links.
HOW & WHERE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR PDF(s)/TEMPLATES
In order to download your PDFs/Templates. go to your email invoice and click on the links written “CLICK ME TO DOWNLOAD” You will be taken to a new tab with the PDF open, from here download it to your desktop/phone.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY INVOICE EMAIL
The invoice email can sometimes go straight into your junk and spam folder, so make sure you check there first. You can also search your email for “Nancie Mwai”. If you don’t find it it means you probably had an email typo Contact Us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll fix it for you.
I’M HAVING A PROBLEM DOWNLOADING
This could be due to two things…The download link has expired. Our links used to previously expire in 7 days now we’ve put them to 30 days. if you don’t download within the time frame set you will have to buy again. The second thing could be the internet. Some of the items are heavy and need good internet to download.
MAKING ORDERS & PAYMENTS
MY CARD KEEPS GETTING DECLINED
In most cases, if your card is declined it is due to your bank rejecting the payment. This is because they may not recognize the domain. Call your bank to tell them that you are making the transaction and then try again.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We will unfortunately not be able to make any amendments to your order after your order has been made. Please double-check the items when completing your order.

I DON’T LIKE MY PRODUCT, CAN I GET A REFUND?
When you purchase any digital product, you agree to no refunds as stated on the website. This is because the content is delivered instantly to the buyer and can be seen by the buyer.
Refunds can only be given in the following circumstances:
