5 Mac Products I Use Daily

For my everyday foundation routine…

2 years ago (OMG it’s been so long!) I did a foundation routine video. In those 2 years so much has changed with my routine, skills and a few of my products. Leave a comment below if you want me to do an updated foundation routine. I still use Black Opal as my foundation though I’m going to change it up soon, I’m tired of it already. Every time I do my foundation routine from a basic one to an elaborate one, I always use these 5 Mac products. All these products can be found at the Mac stores.

This is a moisture mist that I bought to use as my makeup finish however nowadays I use it for a number of things. I spray just a bit and use it to blend out my foundation. It gives me an amazing youthful glow. I also use it to spray where I’ve applied my highlighter (on my cheek bones) which brings the highlighter to life as opposed to it looking powdery.

I used to use the Sleek Corrector and ConcealerĀ palette but I upgraded to this one. I love it because of the applicator, makes applying easy under the eye and anywhere that needs highlighting. Also this shade is just right for my skin tone and gives me that much needed awake look.

I love this highlighter!!! I’m so in love with it. If you’re new to highlighters I would suggest this one to be your first one. What I love about it is that you can build it up to get the perfect highlight, it works perfectly with the Mac Fix+ and it’s a perfect fit for the darker toned women. You can also use it for your body, don’t overdo it or you’ll look like a walking galaxy.

I don’t do eyeliner daily because I’m always struggling to get it right. The eyeliner is water resistant and sets really quickly. The eyeliner has a “wet look” when it’s fully dry, which I was not used to but now I love it. I mostly use this eyeliner on days I don’t wear eyeshadow (which is most days)

This brow pencil is self-sharpening and that’s one of the things I love about it. The other thing is the tip, it is so small that it makes filling in an easy and quicker job especially if you’re using the feather stroke technique. The shade stud is a deep rich brown and I feel like it’s too heavy for me especially with the blonde highlights I have currently. I think Mac Strut would be a good fit for me. I just got myself nicka k face primer and I must say am loving it. it holds my foundation in place and somehow makes my face look matte which is a plus for me coz don't really like me looking too shine. please recommend the best foundation I can try, currently using sleek.

Go to as. Mac store, they are trained on different skin types and what works better. They also give samples for testing for a few days before you decide what you want. You should also get a skin care routine for sensitive skin.

Hi Nancie. I would love to watch your updated foundation routine, I am thinking of starting to use make up ( the only make up I use is eye shadow and mascara) and it would be great to have a feel of what it entails. Also if you know which products are great on sensitive skin, kindly share. My skin is super sensitive and I have always been scared of foundation or powder because of breakouts.

Hi! I would definitely love to watch your updated foundation routine so don't hesitate to upload. Fav beauty product…so far I've used Flamor and I love their Nail Polish especially their nude and neon shades. For lipsticks Mac, Gabrini, Golden Rose and Flamor are great (they are not glossy and they are long-lasting. They also settle well on the lips-don't smudge at the corners. As for foundation I would settle for Mac, Black Opal or Iman!
